In order to meet the vision and the motto of the school, the school’s management sorts out different activities for the learners to participate so as to excel and elicit in their skills and talents that the learners are capable of. The term “School Activities” applied to a wide range of skill – based games, strategies and interactive activities that support students’ educational development. The goal of all activities is to enhance students’ comprehension skill or effectiveness in a specific area by engaging multiple styles of learning.
Curricular activities are those activities that are a part of the curriculum. Basically speaking activities encompassing the prescribed courses of study are called curricular or academic activities. In simple words it can be said that activities that are undertaken inside the classroom, in the laboratory, workshop or in library are called “curricular activities”. These activities are an integral part of the over – all instructional programmes, because in the organisation of these activities or programmes there lay active involvement of the teaching staff of the educational institution.
